Note: regarding the above - failure to timely exercise notifications that result in RUSH inquiries will result in a charge to the owner on each occasion.
Know what it costs to transfer your property
- Any balance owed on the account will be provided to Title for collection thereof.
- There is a $1,500.00 Capital Preservation Fee
- There is a $250.00 Transfer Fee
- There is a $400.00 Seller Disclosure Fee (This fee includes one update.)
- Any and all additional updates are $50.00 per inquiry.
